The route

Verified from the Legacy planet registry: 100 Mining Power per planet, rewards in USD converted at settlement, Rank-D success shown. Higher ranks add up to 14 points; fleets over 1,500 MP earn the Veterans Guild bonus on planets below their maximum.

How a day in the mines goes

  1. 01

    Connect

    Phantom, Solflare or any wallet-standard wallet on devnet. Your first action creates your player account.

  2. 02

    Mint

    Workers and spaceships cost $20 each, paid in $MINES at the live settlement price. Rarity is rolled from a future slot hash — nobody can peek.

  3. 03

    Assemble a fleet

    Up to 10 ships set the crew capacity (1–5 per ship) and the rank, D to S, by the most repeated ship rarity. Workers bring Mining Power.

  4. 04

    Contract and fuel

    A 7, 15 or 30-day contract ($7 / $14 / $27 per worker) and fuel at $0.01 a unit; both payable from pending rewards.

  5. 05

    Run the expedition

    One per fleet per UTC day. Success = planet base + rank bonus + Veterans Guild bonus, capped. XP comes win or lose.

  6. 06

    Claim

    Rewards accrue in $MINES. The withdrawal tax starts at 30 % and drops 2 points for every day you mine, down to 0 %.

  7. 07

    Trade

    Workers, spaceships and whole fleets on the marketplace. 28 % tax on every sale — 8 % burned, 20 % to the treasury — 72 % to the seller.

Why 2,500×

Every Legacy price and reward was pegged to the US dollar through a price oracle — $20 a mint, $1 a worker-day of contract, $0.01 a fuel unit, $4.40 to $375.36 per expedition. The ETERNAL amounts people remember were snapshots at a given token price.

Solana Mines keeps the dollar figures untouched and expresses the token relation once: 1 ETERNAL ≙ 2,500 MINES. With ETERNAL at its late-2021 reference of $40, the $MINES reference is $0.016 — so the famous 0.5 ETERNAL mint becomes 1,250 MINES. A live oracle price converts everything else; when it is stale or out of bounds the program falls back to the reference, and the client always tells you which one applied.

Percentages, probabilities, Mining Power, XP, capacities and cooldowns are never scaled.
